Suicide Worse Than Death

Contributed by Dying_Angel on Sunday, 3rd April 2005 @ 09:02:14 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

As I lay there
I thought about you
About all of the things
We've been through

A thought entered my mind
I still wan't to be your friend
Even if you hate me
I wanna be with you till the end

You think I'm stupid
A little kid
You were Pandora's Box
And I opened the lid..

I ran to your house
Drenched to the bone
Rain was pouring
I should have phoned

But remember I was foolish
Extreme and desperate
I still loved you
Didn't want to leave it too late

You weren't home
You had already gone
I had to find you
Before the moon shone

Trying to find you
So stupid I cried
To find you dead
Was my emotional suicide...

Awww, this is so sad...

I love this part though:

You were Pandora's Box
And I opened the lid..

Those two lines just called to me.

Great write,
Phil

Very well said. Spine-chilling. Great job.
