No matter how much I try and try
Hoping for things to be
No matter how much I die inside
The truth is you don’t love me
The things I’ve said the things I’ve done
Hoping that you would see
Hoping somehow you’d fall in love
The truth is you don’t love me
Pain is what I feel in my heart
A hollow feeling within me
I gave you my love, which is all that I had
But the truth is you don’t love me
I wish that you had taken the time
To try and make it be
But other priorities do rule your life
And the truth is that you just don’t love me

This was a very sad poem. I think we have all been there before and it's such a difficult thing to get over :(. Hope soon the pain will go.
