Tribute To You

Contributed by mickie on Saturday, 2nd April 2005 @ 02:51:18 PM in AEST
Topic: FriendshipPoetry

I have seen the tears you cried,
I know the deep pain that you hold inside.
I felt your fear of being abandoned in my heart,.
I see the love you have inside of you and how you never want that to depart.
You are someone special, no matter what they say,
You and me together, girl, we will find a way.
To take control of this dark evil, and every other strife,
To continue to live and fight this battle called 'life'.
So no matter how hard things get, know that one thing is true,
God's got your back, and He will see you through.
Stay encouraged, and stay happy,
Because I am with you, kid, even if all you got is me!
