Slowly-
I step into the sun.
A smile on my face,
Holding a gun.
I raise it up,
Towards the sky.
Then gaze at him,
Eye to eye.
There stands a challenge,
In his face.
Like the predator,
At the chase.
I point it at God,
Filled with hate.
He screwed up my plan,
Denied me my fate.
He whispers to me,
"Don't pull the trigger.
You’re just a human,
And I’m much bigger.
That small bullet,
Won't kill me.
Open you eyes-
You fool, and see."
I shout back to him,
Filled with hate.
"That's what you think,
But you’re too late.
The bullet won't kill you,
But it will kill me.
You'll no longer control,
My destiny."
As I put the gun,
Up to my head.
He reaches for me,
Filled with dread.
*Bang*
I fall-
To the ground.
As God turns away,
Not making a sound.
If you look,
You’ll see.
Surrounding-
Me.
Is my own Halo,
My Halo of Death.
The red of my blood,
As I breathe my last breath.
