Succumb to my icy caress,
Relish this moment of entrancement,
And die by my satin kiss...
Deprived of life,
Your crimson essence I do need,
Hot ecstasy coursing through these empty veins...
Only you can quench my thirst,
Only you can satiate this immortal hunger,
Only you can bring out the beast in me...
Slowly....gently...lovingly...
I take away your life,
With every sip I take,
Trembling of this scarlet pleasure...
Beneath a smiling moon and winking stars,
I steal away your last breath,
Your beating heart now a silent melody...
A sigh of closure,
Death has embraced you,
My cold arms around you...
You have served your purpose,
A source of sustenance,
I need you no more...

Dark and twisted ... I love it. And the change in print through the stanzas adds to this I think. It has been a while since you have been here ... like this ... I'm glad to see it.
