Release Me

Contributed by InexactExactness on Friday, 20th December 2002 @ 10:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

Extract your venom from my veins
Release me
Release the pressure you hold on me
Greet me
Greet the lifting breeze of today
Today's my final destination

Bleed me free of misery
Take me home where I belong
Please save me before I lie
I'm a mere coincidence
Take away my senses clean
Brush the fire that lies between
Extract your purity in me
Just simply release me

I bleach the coulds until they're white
I give them reason
I stain the carpet where I reside
I give it reason
I taint the skies until they're dead
I give it life

Bleed me free of misery
Take me home where I belong
Please save me before I lie
I'm a mere coincidence
Take away what I know
Sweep it under the rug
Extract your purity in me
Just simply release me

Release me I don't belong here
Release me I don't belong here
Release me I'm not welcome
Because I never wanted to be

Extract your venom from my veins...as tho a snake put his poisonous venom there and flows through your red blood of pain..and it's grasping your misery deep inside choking it not allowing you to breath...Mirror eachother you say? Yes that is so...and the venom then becomes sweet...Bleed me free of misery for this mirror of purity is a mystery....Oh how i love to read your poetry...it sings to my soul...
