Love is but I word. an idea. Just a thought.
A figment of the mind. The very word can put you
In a bind.
A word for feelings seldom spoken.
Never say I love you. Do you want your heart
Shattered; stomped on; broken?
The world falls silent the moment this word is spoken.
Here sits a young girl. Her heart has been broken.
As her tears fall she remembers that night.
Saying “I love you” in the bright moonlight.
Now it’s no longer a game. Who is to blame? Who will mend this broken heart. The wound caused by love is barely the start
