I Wish

I wish that I wasn’t such a weakling
that I had some muscle
that all the people I talk to like me.
I wish that I was the kind of person who could
leave a lasting impression on a person
in a good way.
The kind of person who is known for accomplishments,
not his failures
The kind of person who is liked for himself
not because of the charade he puts on.
I wish I wasn’t so picked on
I wish I wasn’t tormented and ridiculed
I wish I my head wasn’t filled with the ridicule and torment I receive
that I could think of something other than the insults I receive
that I could be myself and not be looked at
that people wouldn’t call me names that aren’t me.
I wish, most of all, that I could stand up for myself
that I didn’t have to have others fight my battles
that I wasn’t such a ***** wuss.
I also wish I could admit that I have a problem
I wish I didn’t have a fascination with death, pain, and suffering
I wish I didn’t have to act happy when I’m really sad or troubled.
Most of all I just wish I wasn’t ME!

dude that is deep and exactly how i feel and i thinnk about the same stuff but if you think about it you can write poetry and are good at it and and the way you express yourself through your poetry you are going to do or be something greater than any one who brings you down!

NICE!! You don't sound weak, actually powerful if you endured all that!
I know that wish all too well. I use to feel like that, soo much so that if you would like a listening ear, please email me... Because I use to also wish for someone to just listen. |
