The lies
The deceit
No hope of going back; no hope of going forward either
There’s a place
Where reality reigns
I cannot take it
I cannot breathe in this reality
I cannot live in this reality
Facing reality in a necessity to the soul
They say
But I hate reality
I hate it with a red hot passion
They gave me hope when there was none
But they took it back
I do not know why
I never will
There are some things to consider here
Was I destined for this?
Is this the god’s
Idea of a sick cruel joke?
Is this somebody else’s doing?
Or was it my own?
I’ll never know
One can never tell what will happen next
Is it to be
Or not to be?
Is it to live
Or not to live?
The lies
The deceit
I don’t know what to do with it
Should I shred it?
Should I bury it?
Should I burn it?
Or should I just give it all away?

Tricky, tricky, tricky
All I need to know is why this happened
All I need to know is how this could happen
All I need to know, is right in front of me
Perhaps I should just drop everything
And take a vacation, yeah, a vacation to Nowhere Land
A place where no one is forced to think
A place where no one is forced to talk; because all they’ll tell you is lies
And all they do is deceive; don’t blend me into the colours that you want; let me do what I want for a change
Let me be
Let me see for myself
Let me work for myself
And let me die in peace and quiet

i liked reading this...it was all so true. u portrayed ur feelings so well and i felt ur sense of betrayel. im soo sorri that people lie to u so much.
and yes i think we've all been deceived by someone and its usually someone we love.
