I try to pretend
That everything is fine
I wear a fake smile
Can you find the lies?
I try to stay strong
So no one knows my pain
Its really hard now
So I'll play a game
I'll try to cut deeper
Than I did the time before
I'll pop a pill more
And fall to the floor
I'll try to give in
Because I am so weak
No one can hear my words
Each time I try to speak
Naked and alone
In a puddle of blood
I'll whisper my last words
Yet remain unheard
