The sands of time pass through the hour glass
The autumn leaves fallen scattered all over the grass
The dark blackened clouds hover swelling with rain
As winter makes its call
Thunder bellows on top of the terrain
My heart settles uneasily
Amidst the mid afternoon
Watching through the window
As winds gust like the winds of the monsoon
I remembered those past memories
That I once shared with you
I was forever so happy
These feelings were ever so true
But there came a blackened day
When you decided to walk out
My eyes marred with mournful tears
As my heart tried to stay stout
It was a painful day like this
That brings back thoughts of you
What I had and what I lost
There was simply nothing I could do
You said you needed some space
To think of the things in your life through
Since then you turned around and left
Leaving me heart broken and blue
So whenever this season of the year
Makes its way around
I suffer pain and misery
Tears sadly on my face found

| This is very Very good. It is full of anguish and pain in every word. One of the best I've read...This could probably be passed off as a shakespeare sonnet with a little reviseing. Like I said, Very nice. |
