The night was watching me,
His piercing eyes felt like tranquility,
His cold tears enveloped me with warmth,
His bitterness became my very charm.
He parted my lips to give me a kiss,
And felt his breath like a carress,
His gentle hands pried into my clothes,
And told me I was a sight to behold.
He touched me where no one dared to touch,
And kissed me so wantonly,
I made love with him and he with me,
Ignited my passion to set me free.
I hugged him until i fell off to sleep,
Waken up to my clock's beep,
I cried for he was nowhere to be seen,
And wondered if it all was a dream.
I waited for the night to come,
And saw myself wishing he wasn't gone,
as my tears began to fall,
I saw him standing by the door.
I ran up to him and met his embrace,
Kissing him was a bliss,
He made love with me and i with him,
I closed my eyes whispering his name.
I woke up but he's nowhere to be seen,
I dried my tears and realized where he had been,
I hugged him and he did the same,
for he was I and I was him.

a very ambiguous poem (in a good way of course). Excellent use of extended metaphor |
