When I Died A Little Bit

Contributed by SheDevil13317 on Tuesday, 29th March 2005 @ 01:10:46 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I felt my heart skip a beat
My body not willing my self to
Breathe
My body stays frozen
My eyes feel like they'll
Bleed

Rise and fall,
No longer hearing those calls,
I think I've just died a little
Inside
My fingers are quivering
I could only be reponded
With the deep breaths your taking
Upon the line

My eyes bound open
I slyly hang up the phone
It dropping to the floor
With a silent last
Thud
I slowly inched over,
My heart seems to be
Beating,
My eyes are definately bleeding,
But wait,
Maybe that's my heart.

I seem to be getting a little
Sick of myself
My cheeks are stained heavily with
Tears
Tears of blood
Tears of my love

I closed my eyes finally
Reconizing
The empty space
With in myself
The tender warmth
Had finally rose up and
Vanished

"I will always love you,"
I remember that whispered,
That bitter sweet voice,
Calling...
"But I'm not in love with you."
I didn't just die a little bit.

I've become the living dead by now.

"I didn't just die a little bit.
I've become the living dead by now."
