Dad you enrage me

Contributed by stonedraider23 on Tuesday, 29th March 2005 @ 08:42:43 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

All you do is enrage me
I love you, you love me
You always bring me down
Not on purpose
Trying not to frown
I turn to leave and make a fist
You filled me full of rage now I’m *****
I’m 25 and haven’t even lived my life
I can’t even see myself with kids and a wife
All I see is you and me
We never said I do
Now all I want is you
You almost lost me a year ago
Scared you, bringing you to your knees
Now I’m scared, avoiding sleep
Dreading the sound of that phone
Fearing the bad news I’m about to receive
That day is near just not today
Fight it and come home to me dad

You are still young and still enjoy life. I know
all father are a pain i now i had one, now marry
have a son like you and same age as you, like
i tell my son .....All son need there father and
all father need there son.
don't make a fist give him a hug and smile i use to do that,
when he would get mad so i can get out of the house,
leaving him with a smile. Your poem is nice remember when i was young ... I like it...
