Joshua says he loves me
But surely that can't be true,
Cause Joshua says he loves me
But I think he's a little confused,

He says he need someone to help him through the days,
But Joshua says he loves me,
I'm sure it's a passing phase,

Joshua says he loves me,
But surley that can't be true,
Cause Joshua says he loves me
But I think he must mean you,

He says he needs someone to help him through the nights,
But Joshua says he loves me
Surely that can't be right.
