My flesh doesn't feel anything
Right now, my mind doesn't respond or comprehend
Touch me...
I close my eyes to feel your Hand.
Touch me...
Are you there?
Touch me...
So I...after times have passed...clouds have moved on
...the storm is over; I realize that You have...
Touched me.
The essence of your Touch
Has brought me forth -- to be exposed to a dying world
You have touched me...and Your Hand is still upon me...

Wow! What can I say but that God has surely 'Touched' your life. I remember when he touched mine, too -- being of my age. Your poem inspires me to have the want to be touched. I, too find myself in the position to ask, "Are you there?" I think we all have doubts because it the fleshly part of us. This poem captures many emotions within me that make me feel that some else out there has went through something similar as what I went through. (P.S. I have also read your other poem "Black Light")
