I Hope You Are Happier Hun,
I Hope You Know Not To Run.
I Hope You Let People Show,
Cause Its Your Time To Glow.
I Hope Your Broken Heart,
Has A Little Restart.
I Hope We Are Soon Talking Again,
Yet, Neither Of Us Know When.
I Hope We Are Back In Contact By That Special Day,
Remember Its The Saturday.
A Year Ago We Said Hi.
Now I Just Cannot Say Bye!
Your Are The Best Ever Friend,
I Hope Your Here Till My End.
You Are SOOO Much To Me,
But I Don't Think You Can See.
I'm Sure You Know I Miss You,
And I'm Always Thinking Of You.
When I Get Up, Your On My Mind.
Through The Day, Your On My Mind.
When I Go To Bed, Your On My Mind.
So, Now You Know.. I Think Of You At Least Once A Day.

Try to work on creating a better syllable flow, it will help the meaning of the poem. But overall, it was good.
