As I lay here in my bed
Thoughts of you go through my head
I think of you and you smile
Your laugh your face and all the while
I wish that I were with you
I can't believe how much I miss
The feel of your lips as we kiss
The warmth of your body next to mine
This one thought with me the whole time
I wish that I were with you
Gazing deep into your eyes
Beautiful like the night sky
Running fingers through your hair
Oh how I want to be there
I wish that I were with you
Caressing you soft smooth skin
Thoughts of you are within
My heart and soul I keep them there
To be without you I can't bare
I wish that I were with you

A wonderful, beautiful and well expressed poem. A heart warming and pleasant piece of poetry so well portrayed.
