Chrysanthemums of Red
I asphyxiate words,
As the amaranth grow.
I search for the pure ones,
Ever so slow.
Chrysanthemums of red,
Seemed so beautiful.
They bloom on the dark land,
I try to consume them full.
Oh, I watched the cherished ones,
They shined so beautifully.
I am the creator of them,
Now watch as they destroy me.
I wished for the stars to come out.
I knew they would appear... Saw not a single one.
All of them desolate,
My greatest fear has begun.
As the sensuous voice escapes,
I will tremble a prayer.
And as my forgiveness gets swallowed,
I will die in despair.
