The choice being one of compromise
to look inside oneself
and leave the image of invulnerability
there upon the shelf
and then to pass through imagined pain
the fear of terrors past
through loss and tears and rainy days
the role your life has cast
to see the sun amidst the storm
the eye of truth inside
that you are love ad infinite
it's there if you'll decide.

| that poem was nice...it made me think of something i told my (now )husband when i me him and so now i have been living a lie for three years in fear of being judged. |
