I'm crippled by your dark shadow
My emotions crumbled deep down
I've far too long lived with the heartache
That has my heart wearing this dark crown
I want to elude myself from this misery
Deplete all of this hate
Escape the gruelling battered emotions
That beacon me to this state
You are that sole dark shadow
That eclipses my heart and mind
Getting rid of you I have to do
Before your darkness makes me blind
Far too long you have lingered
Not succumbing until I fell
You had me clenched in your claws
Welcoming me to your burning hell
I want to purge myself of you
Free my heart from this daunting pain
Walk away from your dark shadow
Cursed with hate you shall remain
I shall walk to where the sun shines
Where your dark shadow can't follow me
Releasing my heart and mind
From your private hell I'm free

The light always drowns the dark. Once evil deeds, or thoughts, are exposed to the light healing begins. You chose the correct medication for all things wrapped in doubt and pain.
