My 3 month old Daughter

Contributed by reaven2004 on Saturday, 26th March 2005 @ 04:22:28 AM in AEST
Topic: HumorPoetry

I have a 3 month old daughter,
who likes to scream all day,
I try to calm her down,
but there is nothing that I can do or say,
I try to make her happy by holding her or
makeing her laugh,
but sometimes she just wants to be fussy,
my god shes just like her dad,
so I set her down and make a bottle,
and she doesnt want that either,
so now what do I do im going crazy,
all I really wanna do is beat her,
but I love my baby and I always will,
and I guess I understand,
that my daughter is just 3 months old and acts exactly like her dad.

Thank God, she must have you trained by now. It takes a few days for a new born to assess the situation, then use proper communicative techniques to summons mama. It takes only a short time more to train you in the necessities of having exactly what is needed presented at the time needed. I’m sure that in a short time you were performing at an acceptable pace and your child rewarded you by not being too noisy, as long as you followed proper procedures and techniques. Mothers must learn their roles. Baby is born knowing it’s role. Happy trails.

I don't think you will ever beat her,but I can understand your feelings. When daddy gets home I suggest you hand her over to him for awhile.:) fair is fair.
My wife and I have raised eight children. My four from a previous marriage her two and two others we adopted, both were abused and one has C.P because of his abuse. He is 25 and still lives with us and is very special.
I liked your burst of frustation poem.:)
