Toy Soldier

The toy soldier stands strait and tall
as if nothing could make his body fall.

Little does the reader know, hes not very strong,
Their image of him is very wrong.

His appearance makes him look like something he cant be.
what people expect, is only what they see.

The soldier tries to act like he should.
In the end he cant, but he wished he could.

As he stands their in the middle of the hallway as bait.
A kid passes by and kicks him hard with hate.

As the soldier lays on the ground,
A dog comes by and takes him around.

The soldier thinks the dogs taking him some where hes not.
You cant really blame him, what else would be thought.

The dog leaves him outside in the cold brisk air.
Now the soldiers starting to not give a care.

The soldier hears a loud noise, as he gets ran over with a lown mower.
A man gets out, picks up the soldier, digs a whole in the ground , to put him lower.

A woman comes out to fix her garden,
she digs down and feels something hardend.

She picks up the soldier, he doesnt even look strong anymore.
The soldier gave up , and now hes shreded peices on the Earths floor!
