Too many years
Alone in your world,
wishing somone would listen,
wishing to be understood.

You live all alone,
with the feelings you feel
To the people around you,
it's no big deal.

As long as you fake a smile,
as long as you just agree,
They will stay happy
in their deluted reality.

You shove away your emotions
Just to get through your day,
forgetting someone really loves you,
so very far away.

This someone that actually listens,
someone that actually cares,
This someone is dying to know
All your hopes and all your fears.

When you're done being walked over
and when your finally free
I'll be here to show you the love
that was always meant to be.

Aww! A very sweet write! The person who this is about is lucky to have someone as caring as you are in his life. :-)
