Nothingness

Stuck in this rut of half living
a tire in mud
spinning
spinning
never going anywhere.
Words crumbling fast
boulders of nothingness
like silent raindrops, fall.
Still numb inside
no feeling but cold
at the tips if my fingers
waiting for something to happen,
looking in all directions
but still,
nothingness.

you are excellent at conveying meaning in all forms. an enjoyment to read because i have been there myself, and i see a mud pit ahead of me... as i said in a comment just a minute ago....what isnt there can be filled, while whats there can only be taken away. |
