Why do we need it?
Why is it so confusing?
Why is it so frusterating?
I hate it!
All it is, is broken hearts,
Headaches, crying, and confusion.
What is it really supposed to feel like?
Please tell me!
Please tell me if this feeling
I feel is true love.
All I ask for is someone to
Explain it to me.
Please tell me, does he truly
Love me like he says he does?
Does he know what love is?
Does he know how I feel?
Is he so blind that he doesn't see me?
See how I feel, see my face full of wet tears
And dry lines down my bright pink cheeks?
Doesn't he see, that I don't sleep at night
Because I'm worried?
All I need to know is if he cares.
Help me.
I want to be 5 again,
When love was just a dream.
I want to be 4 again,
When the worst thing in life was
Falling off your new bike and scraping your knee.
I want to be 3 again,
When boys still had cooties.
I want to be 2 again,
When my mom had the answers for everything.
But instead I feel like I'm 1 again,
Confused about the world.
Confused about what is happening.
I don't want to be one nor fourteen.
These are two of the most difficult years.
Except when you are one you can cry and
Get your way.
When I cry it brings more
Pain and frusteration.
All I need is a friend.
A friend who understands and can explain

SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE SHOULD TELL HIM WHAT REAL LOVE IS ALL ABOUT! YOU SEEM TO HAVE IT DOWN PRETTY GOOD I THINK!! LOVE & LIFE CAN'T LAST FOREVER,BUT THE HEART & FEELINGS YOU HAD FOR HIM CAN!!! HIS LOSS YOUR GAIN,JUST LOOK AT YOUR HEART & CROSS OFF HIS NAME!!!! GREAT POEM BY THE WAY!!!!!
