I’ll rise to the occasion,
if it’s required (or, on demand).
I can also settle to the bottom
like an hour glass’ grains of sand.
It’s always up to me
as to what direction I will go.
It’s an old game of survival …
the only one I know.
My response to all life’s problems
is to do what I must do;
to be receptive, and reactive,
and to see the problem through.
When it’s over I become
another face lost in the crowd;
I’ll always choose to be anonymous
whenever I’m allowed.
I prefer anonymity
rather than be microscopically assessed;
‘cause with a thousand eyes upon me
I am never at my best.
At my best I am methodical,
quiet, thorough, and complete;
it’s better to take too much time …
than allow a problem to repeat.
I’d rather think before I act …
and, always look before I leap
that makes it easier to back away
before getting in too deep.
The easiest solution
to any problem through the years;
has been to recognize it right away …
and tweak it ‘till it disappears!

Great philosophical and reflective work of art.
I like especially the lines:
"I prefer anonymity
rather than be microscopically assessed;
‘cause with a thousand eyes upon me
I am never at my best."
Who wishes to be microscopically assessed.?
You got company dear John. Within us is both sanctity and the darkest realms.
We opt to either shout or be silent. We are free. Another great piece to ponder about.
ET RESURREXIT!.
There are these fine works all to ponder about - heah - believe it. on an Easter Sunday!
Keep them coming!
AD MAJOREM DEI GLORIAM
