She is my struggle

Topic: LovePoetry

There is one thing I struggle with
It always plagues my mind
I hope that I'm privileged enough
To have this struggle last a while

I even struggle writing this
Shes not with me now
I struggle when I'm near her
Or when shes not around

You see this struggle that I'm feeling
Well it has me feeling great
Ive been struggling to find it
But it's been worth the wait

You see this struggle that I'm having
Well its the best Ive ever had
I'm not mourning, angry, sad, or scared
No this struggle has me feeling glad

So what is it I struggle with
Just let me explain
Shes got me thinkin' all the time
but i can't complain

I struggle with not smiling
When I see her face
I struggle with my words
She has me feeling out of place

My heart struggled with its beating
When her hand slipped in mine
And i am sure I'll struggle just
as much every single time

You see I'm lucky Ive this struggle
I'm lucky I know this girl
And if she were to be mine
Well I'd be the luckiest in the world

Until then I'll be struggling
Until there is next time
I'll remember all we've done
And be thankful that she's mine
