We've had our share of ups and downs
Certainly our share of smiles and Lord
knows our share of frowns
We've both done and said things we now regret
Baby you are definitely someone I will never forget
I'm trying to move ahead without you now
But if you keep calling like we're old friends I don't know how
I really loved you from the bottom of my heart
And now I'm lucky to be holding together enough not to fall apart
We were so meant to be that there was never a doubt
I guess if that were really true you wouldn't have so quickly found a way out
I wish you the best and hope your dreams come true
It's just sad that you moved on and I forgot to forget you

This is so sad and yet has so much reality in it...sometimes this really does happen in life for way to many of us...thanks for sharing this one i enjoyed reading it...it brought alot of memories for me...
