Living a Lie
Dew drops glisten on the web of lies,
And the threads slowly break away
Destroying the web's beautiful designs
Created with sins of omission and hate.
Life is the only reminder of what is.
The web is emptied
Of the lies it bleeds.
The image seen
Is of used to be.
Death is the only remainder of what is to be.
The visage is a dream,
Because the lies were believed.
The mirage of reality
Disappears with truth seen.
Rebirth is the only remnant of what was.
Yet, the web of lies is recreated
By all of the sins that are procreated.
The beautiful designs of thread
Outline every single lie said.
