Empty language related,
blank stares swept under my arms.
The seams of my pants are coming undone,
and so is my hair.
I read the lips of a gentleman.
Expressions made are not his own.
They belong to his guest,
who belongs to no one.
My shoes are scuffed,
and so are my knees.
The words are shallow
I will hold onto them tightly.
