a lost goodbye was left today
a last farewell i meant to say
while my heart was begging you to stay
no words were ever spoken
i have been waiting for the moment when you would hear my words
i will be waiting for you to heal these wounds
i'll wait forever and never hear a sound
so i kiss your lips and walk away
