Lying there in slumber I watch you.
I hold you and stroke your face.
I love every inch of you.
I feel the warmth of your body and never want to let you go.
I feel the love I my heart for you beating in the darkness.
My soul wants to reach out to you and take away all your pains.
But I am not able, I wish I was.
I want to protect you from this world of pain but I cannot.
I run my fingers through you hair then gently kiss your sleeping lips.
You just groan and snuggle up to me with a sleepy smile.
My adoration grows thinking about how special you are.
All the wonderful things you do.
How much you care for me and protect me.
I have never felt so safe or loved.
I just wish you knew how passionately and deeply in love with you I am.
You make my world a better place
And make my life complete.
I love you xxxxx
