Death calls,
as rain falls.
Nobody knows,
as thunder grows.
As I sit and crave,
all you do is rave.
Having all these dreams,
not as easy as it seems.
Hate this place,
where I can't embrace.
Forget our kiss,
for I don't miss.

I love this poem...it's very simple, and simplicity works best with the feeling that you're getting across. While I don't understand everything, I don't think I'm supposed to, your poem sounds personal and what you don't tell me gets left to my imagination. Very good job!
