Topic:
oops
|
oh three, two oh
two oh, oh five
T-minus whatever
And not counting
Roll out the years
Like a red carpet
Right to the mouth
Of the silent dragon
The clock strikes midnight
And the rain begins to fall
This might be an omen
Or a metaphoric cleansing
Home-brewed concoctions
Of Life and poisons
To see in a start
And see off an end
Cycles within cycles
Weave themselves together
The skins of onions
And cooked on high
It's all out to get you
And none of it matters
Smile for the camera
The lens is a mirror
