Inspiration can be sought forever
Only to be found by a precious few
I only have to look for the perfect lover
My muse, my love, was found in you
The road of life can be a winding one
Always new things springing up in its path
Some good, some bad, most you would like undone
Often times we get to the end of this road too fast
Having someone you love walk with you makes the road less harsh
Guiding, listening, feeling your sorrow and your joy
Even if you stumble or need to be pulled out of a marsh
Your love is there, saying ‘I love you, I will always be your boy’
He aids you in the purpose of this life
Helping you see other ways inspiring things
You hope one day down this road, you will become husband and wife
Joined together through everlasting love, and two golden rings
