He looks outside
sees the world sleeping
looks at the moon
and wonders if she is looking
he can't sleep or eat
the pain is to strong
looking at the moon
so bright
wondering what he did wrong
she was here in his arms
the next minute she was gone
he yells to the moon
his voice cracks with emotion strong within him
as tears run down his face
he lets them flow
knowing the love for her will never die
love so strong
that he would rather die
then live in a world of shades of gray
he looks at the moon so bright above him
hopeing that she is looking at the same one
and that she still loves him.

Such a beautiful poem, inspiring and creative.
Yet, such a sad write.
I hope things get better for you.
