A windswept face with tears in her eyes
I know i'm weakening when i need to cry
my legs fall
my body loose
i uplift the burden that acts as a noose

Why did you never want me?
why leave me alone and stale?
cold and irritated
with only bad air to inhale

this bedroom floor hard
and this room painted in pictures of you
memories i have
so good i wonder if they were true

But it's the good times that hurt now
the times that grind me down
it's the memories of
what i've lost
what i had
and what i've got
