If Only I Could

Contributed by sinned on Thursday, 17th March 2005 @ 02:46:37 PM in AEST
Topic: Grief

Never never ment to be
Too many years being set free
Knowing all too well
For I have touched the cinders of hell
I sold my soul over and over From a debth I thought I would never recover
True to word I discovered
Here I stood out of place
I noticed you tears of sadness upon your face
I had an urge to take you in my arms
No it would do no good and only cause harm
My only wish to comfort you
To dry those eyes so misty blue
The hardest thing in life is to see a child die
Reason never knowing and asking Why ?
This the first I saw your angel today
I can only pray
Spirit of love You surround the earth
Comfort them comfort her
Maybe I'm where I shouldn't be
But
An angel was born and I was called to see

Sinned

Nice write... one of the hardest things in life is to see a child die or to even hear about it... Did you hear about the nine year old girl named Jessica (i think thats her name) that is so sad, lets both pray that there will be comfort and peace with her family.. keep up the goog work
GOD BLESS.
