Some friends will last forever
Some friends will leave you behind
Some friends will be there always
In bad and at good times
Boys would come and go
Friends will never let you go
Even if you fight sometimes
Remember the good times
you'll be friends again
If your feeling blue
The friend will help you
Make you smile
That will last for a while
Its good to have a friend
That will last you till the end

I found your poem to be uplifting and very sweet.
It is rare to find a life long friend. For some reason, friends drift in and out of our lives and friendship, real friendship is built very slowly.
But if you have only one life long friend, that is what I call a successful life.
