Just Stays and Remembers...

ill advised
pushed & pulled in twenty directions
i see half-hearted reflections
and it's right outside my door
i lay drunk, dizzy on the floor
it's all so pathetic
and i'm dying for more

looking up at a stark ceiling
with no memories beneath it
tears fall into my ears
and i've no reason to see it
no motivation to stop
no where to be, just dead-locked
frustrated
and inclined to die
but too scared
just stays and remembers to cry

falls asleep to dream
until the next day
where with time i expect
these visions to fade
or at least hide & abide by traditional rules
withhold & withdraw
to a corner in the room
take up minimal space
until i find i need these emotions
on some other day
