poets & writters

Contributed by spooky on Tuesday, 17th December 2002 @ 08:20:00 AM in AEST
Topic: FriendshipPoetry

We are born to write,,but unknown to us,,,
we lived in situtations,, that wasn't suppose to happen,,,but did,,
Some of us had bad experiences in life,,,
some times we fell,,but stood back-up slowly,,
We didn't forget what happened,, how could we ,,we were children,,not our fought,,

we lived not knowing how to release the pressure in our minds,,,got in trouble,,
with family members,,and friends,,,
who's fault,,,ours,,that was the way we were taught,,

we finally sat down and wrote a paragraph,,
not knowing what we wrote,, but made since,,
we knew that it felt good ,,the more we wrote the better we felt even more,,we continued,,
to write,,

we wrote the things that bothered us,,
the hurt,, the pain ,,even the lost of one's love,,
some read it and put smiles on there faces,,
that was pleasing to see,,
we now know where we belong,,
poets & writters,,,,

We the poets of broken hearts,,
the poets of dreamers and wishes,,
I say thank you ,,for the smiles you put on many faces and knowing that they are not alone,,,

I Thank You for being YOU,,
the poets of words,,and wisdom,,

craig s. meeks
