CRUSHED
Being crushed by your words
I can hardly breathe
Not believing what your saying
I want to run away, just to leave
But instead I sit here
Listening to my heart breaking
I try to laugh
Although my voice is shaking
Maybe you will stop
If you think it don’t hurt
But u don’t keep treating me
Like I’m nothing but dirt
I’m not gonna cry
I scream to myself
To late, the tears spill over
And I can’t be helped
Just leave me alone
Le me stay in my shell
So I don’t have to come out
In to this filthy hell
Everyone say I’m loved
But all I feel is hate
But if what you think is true
Why is it hell? What ain’t it great?

Aww this is so sad....i know i've felt this way before many times as im sure most people have...this is a beautifully written poem, it's very heartfelt and painful...thanks for sharing this one...and welcome to YPDC??? I don't think i've seen your name here before, maybe i'm just getting old? lol..Keep em' coming..
