Setting here passing time
If only thoughts could be bought for a dime
Emptyness fills my being
Like a spirit nothing seen
Etch marks checks and little scetches
Yesterday today my mind searches
God Father I know Your love
I hear the cooing of a moaning dove
Wars and rumers on CNN
Soladet and Bill Hemmer talking when Cafferdy butts in
Love lost a long time ago
A new love and afterglow
A boy in a power wheelchair
Pen in hand I'm setting here
Its as white as a sheet
Pen and paper just cannot meet
Nuromous thoughts cross my mind
Today I cannot ryme
I feel I have to ask
Are others always up to the task
Etches marks dots checks and coffee stain
Nothing seems to stick within my brain
I just give up
C'mon Freckles my loving pup
Its me and you were going to talk
I have your leash lets go for our walk.
