What's a heartbreak worth, if it costs me my life?
What would it cost, to keep you here tonight?
What's tonight worth, without you at my side?
What's a side for, if your out of my life?

i think that elipses would be more useful than commas in this. in your last line it's you're. i think that this poses some very good questions and is powerful, but i have never been one to like a piece based only on questions. i think that you really left the canvas blank with all the emotion you could have painted on this. since this is such a short piece, using different words would also make it more powerful. and to answer your question, a heartbreak is worth the love felt. |
