A poet's love
Stolen by one.
Only to be rejected
and turned away.
A boy now frowned upon by all.
A girl pitied for the pain
she tried so hard to hide.
But one can't hide the pain
that shine's through a love's rejection.
Left alone
and torn.
Left to be alone
and to find meaning to this life.
I know the meaning now
This life's meaning
is based upon something
that I fail to have...
Love.
