plastic faces in plastic places
is anybody real?
can anybody feel?

the truth's so rare
should we dare?
do we even care?

our emotions getting cold
what stopped our heart?
can we make it start?

olden days are gone
why can't we go back home?
did we have to roam?

everything changes
time goes on by
we have to realize
it's the cycle of our life

To me this poem captures the way the world can come across as fake and scary perfectly. Things aren't always as they seem and as humans this is something we struggle with. Great job!
