Weeping widow hurts so bad
Years now lost we could of had
Petty things we may have said
Cold dark nights with empty bed
Weeping widow so much pain
Time won''t heal my hurt will gain
Emptiness I feel is all around
No one knows this place I''ve found
Weeping widow what lies ahead
grief confines me to my bed
I do not want to see tomorrow
I know already the day of sorrow

I certainly empathize with you having lost my wife more than twenty years ago. The memories don't go away, but the pain subsides. |
