icy blue.
like the breath i exhale in the winter months.
my heart is frigid with ice.
the dust accumulates on my ribcage,
and i wither tonight along with my dreams.
your face too pale to recover.
i breathe gently on your lips,
not a stirring reaches my lashes.
i turn to face the bleeding monster.
he looks me in the eyes,
i tell him to kill me softly...
i don't know why you left me!
i could kneel here on my knees for eternity,
for one last passionate kiss.
