Do you wake up screaming in the dark
Does your mother break your heart appart
Do you seek the help you need
Will you let me in when I know what to feed
A caring soul in your life to keep you sane
Another life that loves to love and to maintain
I'll be here when you've fallen through
I'll even be here when your friends need me to
Life can be a treacherous journey
It can be a stroll in the park
A lighted road without an ending
But when the path leads into the dark
Let me in to save your soul
Let me maintain the one I know
It's my dream to be the one
To catch you from a fall
To return you to your splendor
Be the last to hear your call
